stroll in the garden...
hari nie berjalan2 kat garden near the Yarra River... melepak kat tepi sg tu sambil makan indian curry puff yg kitaorg terdiscover secara tak sengaja kat tgh2 city... so, we've found another halal dining port near our place... sebnarnya tempat tu dah lama kat situ, kitaorg jer yg tak pasan... so, kalau pasnie teringin nak makan indian food, takyah nak pi all the way sampai ke Brunswick lagi... which is 20-30 minutes away on tram from our place... yg nie jln kaki pun sampai tapi penatla gak... hehe
ops lupa... before that we went to a bookshop kat one of the undergrond shopping complexes in the city gak... spent quite sometime there... ad with his plane & jets book while i'm stuck with the 'shopaholic & sister' which i've been eyeing for quite sometime... serba salah nak beli coz the price is much more expensive here compared to Malaysia... tapi since dah baca all the other shopaholic series... i must read this one too! so, decided to just browse through it while i'm in the store... but, after reading the 1st chapter, i ended up became Becky myself.... didn't bring enough cash... but luckily my debit card is with me.... hehehe... at least i have something to read during the summer holiday... :)
hmmm back to jalan-jalan in the garden.... sonok gak... coz taman die cantik giler... banyak pokok2 bunga yg cantik... afterall, it is spring... we walked for about 2,3 km arond the garden... mengahla gak achik... dahla agak berbukit bukau gardennya tuh... sejuk plak tu.... & i thought i saw sunshine from the window... so i didn't wear my jacket... matahari memang la memancar... tapi angin sejuk tak hingat2...brrrrr.... padan muka... lain kali jgn tertipu dgn cuaca kat sini... summer lagi 2,3 minggu tapi sejuk tak abis2... even the melburnian themselves are complaining the weather... it is spring or winter??? dah kehendak Tuhan gitu, nak buat camner yea dok...
we were also trying to find BBQ facilities around the garden coz we are planning to have one this wednesday... selalunya dekat taman2 kat sini ader disediakan tempat BBQ... yg bestnya they are electric or gas BBQ facilities & its either free or u only have to pay 20 cents per use... so takyahla susah2 nak pk bawak charcoal ke, minyak tanah ke... hehe just bring the things yg nak di BBQ & lepak kat situ...
malangnya penat kitaorg menapak tak jumpa2 plak... coz agaknya this garden is a botanical garden... so dia dok pamer pokok2 cantik jer... BBQ are not allowed... sampai umah bukak map barula jumpa the exact location of the BBQ facilities... they are actually near the Yarra River... we were nearly there, tapi pi divert ikut jalan lain... ches, tula lain kali tgk peta dulu nie main redah jer.... kan ke penat... takpe nonie you need the exercise, remember!
