bat! bat!.. squeak! squeak!

penat la gak smalam... class 9-5 uish macam keje plak... but imagine la sitting in the class listening to the lecture jer... well the students are suppose to participate in the discussion... but u know, yours truly nie would rather sit back & listen to the others... okla, i did share some of my opinion, but since the others have more opinion might as well let them do the talking... hehe pemalas!

i was sitting at the back of the class with aydin, a local student but his family was actually from Turkey... he's nice & friendly... but a bit reserved at times... both of us were trying hard to stay awake especially towards the end of the class... fortunately there were only 10 students in the class, so we didn't have the chance to hide & sleep at the back hehe & with the lecturers learnt to remember & pronounce my name correctly (with ozzies slang hehe sounds cute!) I can't really avoid their questions... isk ... later aydin admitted that he has vague understanding on some parts of the lecture... well, coming from SE background, mostly dealt with technical things i could understand his problem... & me? coming from pure IS background pun ala2 vague da vass... apa citer?! hehe... again, i was thinking, if only i had the chance to work in the real industry for several years... i might be able to have more understanding & relate the experience with the lecture like some of my other classmates... huh... nie, yg ader mostly theories jer... paling2 pun academic part of IS... camnie i intend to participate more with the industries la later... maybe for my phd studies... & now i'm freaking out with the topic too... isk

anyway back to the class... luckily we had a long nice break in the afternoon... lunch were provided... despite of bringing my own lunch, i joined the class with the lunch prepared by lucy, my lecturer last semester... she will be teaching this subject too in some other sessions... we had salads & sandwich... mingled around, asked lucy bout my research problems etc. etc.... later, lucy asked all of us to play some games... bat & mouse, hen & chicks, & catch bone... hahah hillarious! we were acting like some pre-school kids... running around catching one another... i think i'm the youngest in the class... umur dah suku abad... imagine the rest! even lucy my lecturer is already 50 & she was jumping up & down exitedly throughout the session.... we only stopped after one student & our lecturer for that day, mark fell & injured with carpet burns... hehe best! bukan best derang jatuh la... best main lari2... the games were childish & silly.. but everybody was very sporting & enjoyed ourselves... i'm trying to imagine the prof or lecturers in Malaysia doing that with their Masters students during lunch break... hehe

went back to class after that along with the fruits & salads from lunch... hehe... i shared even less opinion & kept on looking at the clock on the wall.... lamenye rase... i felt like my brain went frozen... it must be the classroom.. it was chilling... can't wait to go out of the building after 8 hours in it, hoping that it will be warmer outside.... i was wrong! i think autumn is getting near... it was very windy in melbourne yesterday... cold wind... & i didn't bring my coat.... uwaaaa sejuk sampai ke otak!
